Meet the founder.

Hi, I’m Jack Roberts, founder of Upskill Academy.

Over the years, I’ve learnt that the best lessons in life don’t always come from textbooks - they come from real experiences, trial and error, and the wisdom of great mentors. Over time, I’ve shared these lessons with my kids, family, and friends, and now I want to share them with you - because the right knowledge can shape your future and help you achieve your goals.

From a young age, I was fortunate to have successful business mentors share with me the kind of practical knowledge most people never get access to; how to invest in shares and real estate, understanding tax and accounting, and confidently navigate other real world skills.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a range of professional certifications, and have worked across multiple industries throughout Australia. But what truly drives me is making real-world education engaging, practical, and accessible to everyone, especially those just beginning their learning journey.
